At Original Luxury, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every designer piece. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all security tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring all authenticity cards and dust bags are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
